OK, so it's not really a "boardwalk" as one finds along the Jersey shore or Coney Island, but concrete.
And it's not lined by shops and restaurants as I recall part of the NJ board walk to be, especially in Ocean City and Atlantic City.

Blackberry and I parted ways, after years of dating (and several partners), since 2002 I think. I considered myself a hardened “Crackberry” user but apparently that was not the case.

This is one of my pet peeves, in addition to being irked at phone calls that never get returned.
 
It’s adding insult to injury in a sense.
 
You call to leave a message about getting some important information, perhaps even following the directions in the MLS to “leave a message then go show,” and you get “This voice mail box is full and is not accepting any messages.”
