Knowing how your prospects find you is important. Whether it's from print, on-line activity, or other means there is tremendous value in understanding how your marketing and visibility, or lack of, are working.
 
Do YOU know how they found you?
 
It's not always easy to determine, and I am willing to bet many folks don't bother to ask. There are times when I don't, or I don't query enough to really understand if what I am doing to generate business is, in fact, working. That's not smart. My bad.

advertising: Marketing Your Listing with Listing Card - A Cool Idea - 12/20/08 03:14 PM
I have a new listing coming on the market after Christmas and am working on the marketing and ads. One of the new things I am trying is a Listing Card - I thought some folks might find this to be a pretty cool idea so wanted to share it.
The Listing Card is business card-sized (slightly taller at 3.5" wide X 2.75" tall) with photos and information about the listing, your contact information and photo, and whatever else you wish to include (there are space limitations).
The photo to the left is the SAME SIZE as the Listing cards.

I apologize in advance, but just a little, for the analogy. But it works for me, so I thought I would share it...and get your feedback.
I was at the gym early this morning, in my usual spin class. It was a rigorous one, which I like, plus it helps to burn off all the calories (which seem to somehow find their way into my system without my knowing it).
