It's your on-line professional resume. If you're not you'd better get there), you no doubt know about recommendations. You likely have some, and probably have shared a few as well. So you need to hire a REALTOR to help you with selling and/or buying a home? If you have a referral from someone that you really trust, then perhaps you are all set. Getting a recommendation from friends and neighbors can be a good way to learn about local REALTORS who are qualified to help you. But oftentimes you need to do some research before you make a decision on who to hire to help with the biggest purchase or sale of your life. There are lots of ways these days to get the scoop on agents out there before decision time.
