What Message is "Price Reduced" Sending to Buyers? So, what message does "price reduced" send to buyers?
And perhaps the question also is...what message do you WANT to send?
Is it...
We really need to sell...REALLY!
We know we were greedy and now have adjusted our thinking... a little
We are chasing the market in hopes of catching it
We are repositioning our home so it fits better with the competition
Our agent mislead us and told us we could get $X but we found out s/he was wrong

You Gotta Have Showings in Order for Them to Fall in Love! A wise seller client of mine said this to me.
"You gotta have showings in order for them to fall in love."
I thought that statement was right on target. I had called about the status of the property and the recent showings, and my client thought, perhaps, I was calling with good news...an offer. But the good news was there were a couple of recent showings and a call from an agent who toured recently with a buyer to check on the status.

I was at the gym early this morning, in my usual spin class. It was a rigorous one, which I like, plus it helps to burn off all the calories (which seem to somehow find their way into my system without my knowing it).
