Here are some suggestions for working with relocating buyers (coming to your area), gleaned from my personal experience relocating a significant distance 4 times (and moving 5 other times) and assisting multiple buyers in moves around the country. Always keep in mind that not only are you helping them with probably the largest purchase of their lives, but they are moving to a new area they probably don’t know which adds to the stress.Hopefully you have moved yourself so you can truly understand what they are experiencing at some level.
