After getting 7 online referrals this week, I was wondering how do you search for an agent to send a referral to? Do you use Activerain, Trulia, Realtor.com, or your own franchise's website? Any new ideas would also be appreciated! All the best, Jeremy

So I'm taking a online MCE course and guess what, the servers are down again. Be careful if use this company to do your MCE or SAE, you'll be checking their website to see if its up more than taking your courses. It also doesn't work with Safari as stated. you've been warned, Lol.
