2/16 update - Just came from closing - this beautiful farm sold in just 9 days for $430,000 (not a typo, we had more than one offer).
The closing was an incredible experience as the farm passed from one family who built it with love, to another family who hopes to cherish their land for decades.
This is why I sell land and farm properties - because folks who love land are my kind of people. Today is a very good day in real estate!
