Carlo's Bakery of TLC'S Cake Boss's fame located in Hoboken, NJ is getting even more popular

The lines were extremely long on this Saturday afternoon at Carlo's Bakery, in Hoboken NJ.  It must have been a 1 1/2 hour wait as the line wrapped around the corner.  The popularity of this infamous bakery is probably at an all time high due to TLC's hit show Cake Boss. We wanted to try their infamous crumb cake and maybe some cannolli's, but we will try again at another time.

Paramus will be celebrating the Fourth of July with a Parade on Monday, July 5th at 9am.
The parade begins at Century Road and Farview Avenue, continuing on Farview Avenue all the way up to Memorial School on Midland Avenue.
There will be a ceremony at the grandstand after the parade, Mayor James Tedesco is scheduled to be on hand to give away awards to the winners of Mr. & Mrs. 4th of July.
Due to the economic strain, there will be no block party or fireworks this year.

Black Bear spotted in Paramus, NJ
A black bear was spotted this morning by a Paramus resident and friend of mine. He spotted it somewhere on Farview Avenue in Paramus, NJ. I later read about another sighting this morning on Century Road in Paramus. Recently in the news there have been numerous bear spottings in Emerson, Oradell & Westwood.
I am very glad to say that when I was out this morning at 9am showing houses, we did not see any bear!

After recently going to a New York Yankees game, I wanted to share some pictures that I took. 

It is truly a beautiful new Yankee stadium (although the old one had such a special place in history).
