Skagit County real estate has always been a good investment. This chart prepared by Jim Scott owner of Windermere Real Estate/Anacortes Properties shows the appreciation rate for Anacortes, Mt. Vernon, Burliongton, Sedro Woolley and the eastern part of the county.
For example, Anacortes home prices have dipped slightly this past year, but Anacortes real estate has increased 56% over the last 5 years!
