Real Estate sells are based sosome many factors, ie. jobs.....  However, through my travels there are more states that are during worst than other in the real estate market.  Some of the states that seems to be having a harder time than others are Nevada, Arizona, Florida, California, and some parts of Georgia to name a few.  But I will like to know what is happening in your local area and how do you see the market in a couple of years?
