buyers: Back to the Good Ole Days! - 12/19/08 11:44 PM

Buying a home in today's market may be a challenge.  And given the economic news we're getting, it may take nerves of steel to jump in right now.  But there are many homes on the market right now that are great values.  If you have good credit, money for a down payment and are pre-approved by a bank, there are  homes that may fit your needs.  It is interesting how everyone is crying the blues about how difficult it is for buyers to purchase a home. The banks in my area are already taking a 30% to 50% hit on these homes. The buyers are already getting a deal! I wish the public would listen to the professionals instead of the media!!
