I am again working with buyers where only REOs and short sales are in her price range. I don't understand why buyers cannot get it in their heads that they cannot negotiate with the sellers. The banks in my area are already taking a 30% to 50% hit on these homes. (1 comments)

OK! I have written 5 offers this month with different buyers on REO and Short Sale properties! There has been a bidding war on each property with the competition being anywhere from 2 to 11 offers on these homes.
