Each home is located on about a 1/3 acre with Green belts surrounding it. The development has two entrances and its basically a 1/2 mile walking circle with cul-de-sacs all the way around.&amp;nbsp;Woodridge is about 1 mile to the marina and&amp;nbsp;about 1/2 mile to the new Costco and YMCA. It&amp;#39;s a great place to live if you like tree&amp;#39;s and some privacy. We have a HOA and the yearlty dues are $150.00. This covers minimal landscaping and expenses for street repair. It&amp;#39;s nice to be able to park the RV in the driveway without violating the CCR&amp;#39;s. Some home owners have lived here since it was created in 1978. They have sure seen things change around here but it&amp;#39;s still a private development with a sence of community.&amp;nbsp;Homes usually sell in this neighborhood for 280k-375k.
