Last Wednesday was a monkey wrench day for me.  While doing my occupancy checks I found one that had gone vacant.  The power was off, the lawn had not been cut the trash was not taken out, the doors were open.  To be sure I went to the neighbors who verified the vacancy.

Today its about 25F in my part of New York, I used to love this weather and would have usually been sking 3x by now.  What beer and a few shots would do.  Now I think I'm just too damn old.  I primarly list but once in a while I'll show if the buyer is cashor comes from a friend and wants a good deal.  I do not know how many vacants i have shown in the past week that had no heat on.  I understand from a cost perspective about keeping costs down, but some buyers just do not want to … (5 comments)
