The market is great out there and homes are selling. New reports that just came out in the San Bernardino markets show that housing is on the rise! This means buyers are looking at the lower cost of housing and the affordability of home mortgage's. Its the perfect storm of cheap homes and cheap money. In working with the Real Estate Book over the last year and a half I have come to know the internet a lot more, as with any position with a Company, we must learn all aspects of the business.
