Buying a Vacant Lot at the Beach without having to go to the Bank.
These days, with the economy as it is, getting a lot loan from a bank is a lot (no pun intended) more of a challenge than it was only a couple of years ago. In 2007, for example, a person with decent income, credit score and 20% down could get a lot loan from most any local lender pretty easily.
