Tucked away in a nice corner of Lancaster County, PA is Windolph Landing Park. Part of the Lancaster Township network of community parks, Windolph Landing Park is special because of it's quiet setting and proximity to the Conestoga River.
Windolph Landing homes is a community built in the late 1980's with several styles of home, all detached single family units. Average resale price right now is about $200,000, so the area is nicely affordable at just over the county average sale price.
