I get asked alot about Lancaster County PA Sheriff sales.  When are they?  What do I have to do?  Here's some Sheriff Sale basics:
1. Sheriff Sals are to satisfy unpaid mortgage owed. These are NOT “tax sales”. Those are conducted by the Treasurer’s office.2. The bank or mortgage company’s legal firm initiates the sale after a lengthy foreclosure process.3.
