Warren Buffett Says U.S. Housing Will Recover by Next Year Fact Or Fiction?
Billionaire Warren Buffett said the U.S. residential real estate slump will end by about 2011, predicting that's how long it will take demand for homes to catch up with the supply. 

Within a year or so, residential housing problems should largely be behind us, Buffett wrote Feb. 27 in his annual letter to shareholders of his Berkshire Hathaway Inc. His claim is "Prices will remain far below ‘bubble' levels, of course, but for every seller or lender hurt by this there will be a buyer who benefits."

House Labor and Industry Committee votes to remove sprinkler mandate - 02/28/11 01:56 PM
  
The House Labor and Industry Committee met today to consider two pieces of legislation. HB 439 was reported as committed with a request to re-refer the bill to the House State Government Committee. HB 377, which amends the Pennsylvania Construction Code to, among other things, removes the requirement new houses must be built with a sprinkler system, was reported as amended.

With rates still low, inventory in their favor what more could you say.
Sounds like they are tired of renting in most cases renting costs more then buying.

Unemployment rate is COMING DOWN the fastest pace in a half-century. It fell to 9 percent from 9.8 percent in just two months. A sign of the economy headed in the correct direction.
