Closed on a wonderful North Judson home the other day.  Lovely home, happy clients, and fulfilled feeling.  One weird thing happened though, that I had never encountered.  Sellers turned over keys, agreed to DOC possession, and when buyers went to their new home found seller belongings and pets in home.  I got the issue resolved to the benefit of my clients, but am wondering if anyone has had something like this happen lately?  I know it will not happen again as my contracts now read "Time and Day of Close" ;)
