Since then, some of the homes may have been sold to private owners and will no longer be available for resale by the city and local non-profit housing developers. properties: Tenant Phone Call Capturing - 11/28/07 12:38 PM

I'm setting up a automated voicemail system for the properties I have available for rent... this will announce what I hve available, what price and details. It will also have a caller id system for tracking, and the message left will automatically go to my email for quick review and saving.
I would be interested in any input if any of you have used system, or have any suggestions.

properties: Evaluating Prospective Tenants- part 2 - 11/21/07 06:52 AM

With the properties I own, there are inquiries on whether or not I will 'accept section 8' over the phone. My answer is always Yes. I don't want to turn away a good prospect just because of the type of income that they recieve, as some of those recipients are great, long term tenants. Some are not, however, and I don't blame the system for that, though. I have had terrible tenants that just are dirty and irresponsible, even though they have good paying jobs. Most recipients have waited for years to become eligible, and they don't want to lose those … (1 comments)
