Hello everyone,
Just wanted to give you a website that grades your website. websitegrader.com analyzes what your website has (and what it doesn't), and spits out a great report that you can look at where your site needs work.
You can also type in additional websites (5 of your competitors) to compare to yours... try it out!
Keep in mind, getting a score that's over 90 out of 100 is a fantastic score, and very few sites score over 95...

website: Keep your kids' names and ages off of your profiles for safety - 03/20/08 08:51 PM
Here's a post that my webmaster mentioned to me the other day, and I thought I'd pass it on.
On our company website www.fivestarmichigan.com, I had mentioned on my profile page that I had 2 children, and, as a proud father, I listed their ages and names.
Our web guru told me that this is a security issue, as mentioning names and ages make it even more easy for someone to go to their school and pick them up, posing as someone who was authorized to do so. I'm not too much of a paranoid person, or it might be that I just … (4 comments)

Finding and placing the right tenant for your rental can be difficult... here are a couple of tips that might help:
1) Join your local rental property association, and find their search engine for reference on a tenant prospect. The RPOA (rental property owners association) that I belong to has a website that you can search for past evictions and/or money damages.
2) Check into the local district court websites for past records for that person. If they (the prospect) have several landlord/tenant cases, it would mean that they know the court system very well, and you will probably get added to the list.
