misleading: Are you begging me to lie to you??? - 02/28/09 08:49 PM
How do you like people to treat you? You search for a professional in any market. You know you find one because you did your research, yet you disagree with some of their answers during the process. You disagree because other people have told you differently. But wait, you trusted this person from the get-go, yet you are listening to others. Why is that? In my opinion, it's called human nature. misleading: What the heck is going on with misleading information????? - 05/17/08 10:44 PM
I know that we are in a society that has information buzzing around like bees around honey. But I would have thought that there would be less people in the mortgage business or in real estate giving out false information or misleading information. I thought because of the lack of business for so many, that these people would have left. misleading: Mortgages & Real Estate -- Consumers need to be aware of these Red Flags !!!!! - 02/01/08 10:34 AM
How many of you at one time or another bought a house or refinanced your mortgage and ran into one problem or another. I have never said that I am perfect or that I know it all, but it does come down to honesty, integrity, knowledge, and very good service. What about you first time homebuyers that have never experienced buying a home or refinancing for the first time.

Lenn Harley wrote an excellent eye awaking article on interest rates that are advertised as "HISTORICALLY LOW" . I definitely could relate to her frustration, because I agree with her
