We all hear the term pay it forward. This phrase could be used in several different ways. It could be lending a hand, advice, or reaching out to someone or something. It could be volunteering yourself and your time. But what about those that give you a blog post idea, could this be considered paying it forward? I think so... When it comes to writing a blog post, sometimes we get our ideas from reading someone else's post and even sometimes a comment. There are times when I have actually seen the author of a specific post give reference (20 comments)

I just want to educate people about mortgages and the process.
In regards to lending, I am very creative, intuitive, honest, and one who communicates information, may it be good or bad. I am a loan officer that looks out for your best interest.
