Simply put, work smarter, NOT HARDER!!   A shifted market will show strengths and weaknesses of everyone, your agents and your administration as well as your sytems. 
The key is to LEAD GENERATE on a consistant basis and surround yourself with others who can complement your strengths and compensate for your weakness.  Without leads, you can not write and negotiate contracts, sell buyers and sellers, close transactions which is why you are in the business.  Focusing on dollar productive activity is the key.  All is else is just a distraction, focus on your 20% and let admin handle the rest.
