I thought that I had heard every excuse in the book for the banks lack of responding to a short sale request. 
Can't find the authorization Did not recieve the package... I actually had one tell me "Sir, we did not recieve your 44 page fax." We are waiting for a negotiator to be assigned We ordered another BPO, we did not like the value on the first one Our fax can not handle more than 10 pages at a time We are awaiting investor approval I could go on an on...
