I am pleased to announce that we have been granted "Proficient Lender Status" with our Mortgage Insurance Company. This is a great recognition to have as lender to be acknowledged by our MI business partner. New Law starts July 1st As you may already know, a new law will take effect in the State of California (also the State of Washington) on Tuesday, July 1 requiring that the drivers of motor vehicles not use cell phones while driving, unless they are using a hands-free device to do so. In general, fines for violating the law range from $20 to $50, though there may be additional court costs, and the police may stop you solely for this infraction.
