Detached house sales for the month of August 2011 were 148 units sold in comparison to last year at 131.

Townhouse home sales for the month of August 2011 were 23 units sold in comparison to last year at 22 sold.

Apartment home sales for month of August 2011 were 69 units sold in comparison to last year at 75 sold.

8% or 6 unit decrease over this month last year.
Active Listings
Active detached home listings ended at 555 for August 2011 down from 635 for August 2010. Active Townhouse listings ended at 118 for August 2011 down from 147 in August 2010. Active Apartment listings ended at 476 for August 2011 up from 475 for August 2010.
Detached homes and Townhouses show a decrease while Apartments up by 1 unit.
- Detached home listings down 12% or 80 unit decrease
- Townhouse listings down by 19% or by 29 units
- Apartment listings up by 1 unit.
Average Price
Detached Houses up 13% to $871,678
Townhouses are up slightly to $562,052 (up by $4,902)
Apartments are up 7% to $368,246
