kihei condo: Whew! The Wailea-Kihei Real Estate Market is Heating Up! - 07/09/10 09:08 PM

Buyers-Investors:I have two listings in Wailea-Kihei area on Maui...one pending and the other is close to selling I can jsut feel it. What do I mean I can "feel it"? We have an influx of Canadians and summer has hit the mainland...so our tourism is up!
Buyers are coming from opposite ends of the United States and Canada...it's an exciting time to be in real estate. I meet interesting people from all over the world and that love Maui.
