&lt;p&gt;Another question for people who tried lead generation?? How long do you excpect to keep the lead generation to find if it is profitable. I have Vision from housevalues and I only closed 1 transaction in a year so i di not even break even not sure if I should keep it for another year...&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;As the year comes to an end and we are supposed looking forward for a better one I have a resolution that by january 15th I should have a 2010 business plan and marketing plan&amp;nbsp; up and runnung. I have purchased 2 business plans in the past by I seem never get to finish it. I have no clue why. I am looking for a good and easy plan to work with and be able to use for a better year. I am debating too if I go back to coaching or just creat an accountability group with some of my friends and start a positive year, Any recommendations for a good business and marketing plan.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Greg has received 12 treatments for a non-cancerous, glioma tumor attached to the optic nerve of the left eye.&amp;nbsp; Because it is attached to the optic nerve, it is inoperable (at this point).&amp;nbsp; Therefore, he receives chemo like many of the cancer patients. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Greg had a great idea to give back by donating new books to the children at &lt;strong&gt;Johns Hopkins Medical Center&lt;/strong&gt;. &amp;nbsp;New books, for safety reasons, appropriate for children from infant through age 16.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;The new books will be given as Christmas gifts to individual children. &amp;nbsp;If you have used books in good condition, those will be donated to the &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;pediatric unit&lt;/span&gt; as a whole. &amp;nbsp;Please bring your books to Century 21 New Millennium California and I'll bring them to Holy Face Church where they are being collected.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Today three of us discovered through Face Book that there is a PHISHING SCAM underway. I read a comment from Sarah Cooper that she had received a text message from a man asking JILL to send naughty pictures....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Problem is that I received the very same text on Saturday night. Same wording. Same number and so on. I replied quickly telling him he had the wrong number and said "shame on you naughty boy".&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Geesh, then Sarah Googled the phrase and up popped another post written today by Carol Pease and here is her link:&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Should we be asking for the condo questionnaires to be reviewed by the buyers and their attorney on day one of the transaction. I had a deal fall through because the condo association had $30,000 delinquencu because of&amp;nbsp; three units. Should those be seperated by the association as a seperate subdivision? Would you rell your buyers to walk away? When would you have found out about it 2 weeks before closing?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Remember&amp;nbsp; ask for the questionnaire as part of your offer and make the seller pay for it.&lt;/p&gt;
