      <title>Santa Claus Indiana Real Estate - New Website</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Just wanted to shout about the excellent domain name I snagged the other day and using 1 &amp;amp; 1 (which I've heard good and bad about but so far it's doin' it's thang for me), I think my new site is off to a great start. I think their selection of templates is pretty nice and I was thrilled to find one that was so perfect for my market.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Tree Fell On House - No Major Damage *Phwew*</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I just had to share my experience last night ....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10:20 PM --- watching the weather on the news (keeping an eye on some storms kicking up). I noticed the wind really starting to howl and the next thing I heard a huge THUD ...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It was pitch black out and the rain was so hard it was like someone flicking you with a wet towel, but lo'n behold that THUD was one of our trees landing on our house lol. No major damage (Thank Goodness) and I wasn't able to snap a shot of the tree still ON the house but I did get some pics this morning.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IT GOT DEBRIS ALL OVER OUR ROOF&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Still need to get UP there to fully inspect)&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>WHAT??? An American Flag Magnet ... Made in China???</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Okay this may seem totally trivial but it irked me and I do intend to send a couple emails to the powers that be.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;School Registration .... we get these packets:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The folders were provided by the Airforce&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;There were these little magnets of the American Flag&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I flipped over the magnet and saw a "Made in China" sticker - I about freaked out. I feel that if you are distributing material in a folder donated by the AIRFORCE and spouting programs for AMERICAN KIDS and FUTURES etc...., WHY on Earth would you purchase Magnets - made in CHINA???? Why not order them&amp;nbsp;from US Manufacturer --- you know, companies that one of these students COULD end up working for???? Or maybe not since if everyone buys stuff made in CHINA --- the US Companies will go out of business and where will that leave our kids???&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Am I&amp;nbsp;the only person bothered by this&amp;nbsp;????&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Study: Coffee may help you live longer *YAH*</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;YAHHHHHHHHH&amp;nbsp;!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I can remember my very first cup of coffee - I'd always loved the smell and one morning my Aunt Betty told me I could make a cup and from that moment on I was HOOKED! That was more than 25 years ago and I cannot imagine not waking up to that yummy smell of freshly blewed Java.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Throughout the years - people preached how "Bad" it was that I drink 2 pots a day ... quote, "All that caffeine isn't good for you" or "Doesn't that keep you up all night" etc... etc..., and quite frankly NO! I can drink a cup of coffee 10 minutes before bed and I still sleep like a baby; it just doesn't affect me that way. (It never has).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;How many cups of coffee have you had this morning? According to researchers, the more, the better.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They found people who drank more coffee reduced their risk of dying from heart disease. The study followed&amp;nbsp;125,000 people over more than two decades and found there's something in coffee, besides caffeine, that seems to protect against heart disease.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"There is some evidence that coffee contains antioxidants, which prevent the oxidation of cholesterol to a more dangerous form of cholesterol," Harold Six, MD, said.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The study finds women who drank two to three cups a day were 25 percent less likely to die of heart disease.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Women who drank four or five cups dropped their risk by 34 percent. And, men and women who drank up to six cups a day, regular or decaf, were no more likely to die of cancer or other illnesses.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Downgrading - Going Local &amp; My New Mission Statement</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Over the past few weeks I have come to realize that there is a fine line&amp;nbsp;between "Online" advertising activities vs. being actively involved in and supporting&amp;nbsp;LOCALLY based activities and so I have literally gone through my portfolio of services that I pay monthly and cancelled or downgraded to the basics&amp;nbsp;(keeping what I truly need) and&amp;nbsp;find that I now have over $90 per month to pledge Locally.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;$90.00 could go a long way in regards to putting food in someone's cupboards and I think making it available to the local food bank would be the best thing I could do with that money + I will be adding my name to a list of local volunteers. From Senior Living Centers to Food Banks to Animal Shelters.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;By supporting LOCAL services and volunteering my time - I am becoming more involved on a local level and embracing this community that I call home. I am going to join the Garden Club (I've been wanting to do that for 2 years now) and learn what I want to learn about gardening (which I love) and then turn around and share the flowers that I grow --- so many of our elderly are left alone &amp;amp; a small extension of taking them some flowers could be done by so many of us.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;YES - A lot of business comes from online Advertising - but I just think that with the zillions of services being slammed in our faces every single day; we can lose sight of what we "Need" and what we are wasting our money on when it could be going someplace LOCAL instead.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Bad Chantix Experience - Not Worth It!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Just posting that almost 2 weeks ago I started taking "Chantix"; said to be quote, "A Miracle Drug" for people who are ready to stop smoking. My own doctor made this quote so boy was I excited about getting it in my hands.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;$ 20 for the office visit&lt;br /&gt;$123 for the starter pack&lt;br /&gt;----------------------------&lt;br /&gt;Total Initial Investment: $143.00&lt;br /&gt;I need to times that by 2 because my husband went on it with me so that's $286.00&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The first 3 days - .5 mill. Dose; nobody told me to take them at night and boy did I feel like I'd been up for 24 hours. No kidding. 20 minutes after taking it I literally lost every ounce of energy or get up 'n go in my body for the next 6 hours.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Day 4 - 8 = 2 of those .5 mill pills ... so YEP: I was in La' La Land for a minimum of 12 hours per day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Day 6 I noticed that I was having to take Exederin in the morning ---- on day 8 I realized that I'd have headaches the entire time I was on this Chantix but accepted it as punishment for being a smoker! (No Pain, No Gain type of mentality).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Day 9 .... that's when it got ugly!&lt;br /&gt;The dose is increased to 1 Mill and you take 2 pills per day .... well if you can just imagine it; I was zoned OUT off of just .5 mill; so picture if you will .... double that! Yep ---- I was worthless! Oh and I had a dream that night and I could probably still read you the license plate number of the tow truck I was staring at when 3 big guys threw my car (with me in it) into a car crusher machine! I woke up TERRIFIED at 3 AM!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Day 10 - I reluctantly take the morning pill ... and 2o minutes later I was experiencing the same "LULL". I showered and my hair just seemed like "Paste" --- no bounce, no shine and my skin just looked terrible. I had dark circles under my eyes and I just kinda stared into the mirror and up at the ceiling and asked GOD to get me through this. I took my pill that night and well --- I dreaded falling asleep.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Day 11 - Instead of taking my pill ... I got on the internet and did some SERIOUS research and found out that I wasn't alone in my experience --- I was embarrassed because I REALLY was excited about this and feel like a failure BUT at the same time; I am not willing to go "Crazy" just so I can be a "Non-Smoker".&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In addition to all the other "Side Effects" - my stomach hurt so bad it doubled me over, I felt like throwing up about 90% of the time. I couldn't function and wanted to sleep ALL THE TIME!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So ---- I'm now&amp;nbsp;1 full&amp;nbsp;day OFF of Chantix and starting to feel a bit normal --- my head hurts like crazy but I'll take Exederin for that. I've smoked about 6 cigs today but compared to my normal pack -- it's an improvement and I WILL kick this habit; but I won't be doing it with Chantix. USER BEWARE!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
