Electronic signatures - They are awesome.  I've been using them for about 2 years and would prefer to never have to go back to the old fashioned wet signatures with pen and ink.  
Just this past week, we had a buyer in Afghanistan, his wife in South Georgia, a seller in North Carolina, a house in Atlanta and 2 Atlanta Real Estate agents in different parts of town.  In less than a day,  we had clean contracts signed and we are moving on.

Woodland Gate in Smyrna, GA is a subdivision with 121 traditional homes close to the East-West Connector off of Argo Rd.  Woodland Gate is an Earthcraft Home community built by award- winning builder Monte Hewett and Highland Homes.  The subdivision consists of Duxford Drive, Harlington Road, Healey Drive, and Healey Walk.  This is a swim tennis community with 2  tennis courts and league play.

Bank of America Short Sales - I received some great news from Bank of America and their short sale department the other day.  As many of us real estate agents know, short sales can be a tedious task. In the past when doing a short sale with Bank of America and the buyer walked away, we had to start the process all over again, dragging out the time line and causing us to do a lot of repetitive and time consuming work. It wasn't any fun.

Fireworks in and around Atlanta  - July 4, 2011 Have you made your plans yet? There's lots going on for the 4th of July Festivities in and around Atlanta, GA.
Here are some ideas to fill your calendar:
*In Decatur, GA you can decorate your bicycle, skateboard, or wagon and join the Pied Piper Parade as it winds through downtown Decatur. Concert on the Square features the Callanwolde Concert Band. Parade begins at 6:00 pm, Concert 7:00 pm and Fireworks start around 9 p.m.
