Atlanta Luxury Home Market – Curious about the Atlanta luxury home market? In September 2011 there were 31 homes that sold that were listed for over $1,000,000. In September 2010, that number was very close to the same with 29 luxury homes sold.
What was the difference?
In September 2010 the lowest sales price for a luxury home listed over $1,000,000 was $789,000 with 102 days on the market. Atlanta Luxury Home Market – People are always asking me, how’s the Atlanta real estate market? In August 2011 there were 32 luxury homes that sold that were listed for over $1,000,000. In August 2010, that number was pretty close to the same with 28 luxury homes sold.
What was the difference?

There are 12 homes built 2005 through 2007. There are 3 additional lots ready to build on. Homes at Logan's Knoll typically have 5 to 7 bedrooms, full basements, huge elegant master suites and amazing trim and detail throughout.
The community was built by one of my favorite home builders John Willis Homes. John Willis also built Medlock Commons and Emory Parc Manor. Logan's Knoll is very convenient to Emory University, the CDC and the V.A. Hospital.
