Atlanta Luxury Home Market – Curious about the Atlanta luxury home market? In September 2011 there were 31 homes that sold that were listed for over $1,000,000. In September 2010, that number was very close to the same with 29 luxury homes sold.
What was the difference?
In September 2010 the lowest sales price for a luxury home listed over $1,000,000 was $789,000 with 102 days on the market.
