Well the spring season is coming to a close, and I have to say I did see a lot of activity in and around my area.
Inventory is still very high- it seems that everyone is trying to sell right now, and most are not having much luck.
What is it like where you are? Are you seeing the 'bottom' of the market yet? Are we still 5-15% overvalued? Some areas are obviously hit harder than others- Las Vegas for example.

With Spring right here at our fingertips, I've been wondering if buyers of all sorts will start coming out in droves to take advantage of not only the great interest rates but also the tremendous inventory on the market. My only concern is the 'low-ballers' out there who try to get a house for a steal, but bring down property values in the neighborhood if they succeed. I think some people don't fully understand how interconnected the real estate market is.
