Superman. Wonder Woman. Bat Man. Iron Man. Mighty Isis. Captain America. Cat Woman. Fairy. Mermaid. Hulk. The release of “The Avengers” has put us Super Hero mode. I remember as a child – I wanted to be a fairy – to be able to fly. My sister and I would put on “capes” and run around pretending we had special powers. When Wonder Woman came out I am sure every young girl dreamed of flying in an invisible plane, having a magic lasso, and the ability to deflect bullets with special wristbands. Sometimes our clients don't have the budget to rent furniture and we are "stuck" with what they have and do our best to make it work. These photos illustrate the impact key furnishings make in adding visual pizzazz to a house. Proper placement of the furniture was also very important to ensure the buyer appeal was created in photos and in person.

- and although I know most of us do not actually have that condition - I did think that Stagers enjoy staging because of the short term gratification element.

What is an addict? Websters defines it as: A person who cannot resist a habit, especially the use of drugs or alcohol, for physiological or psychological reasons.

I love Roller Coasters - I love that climb to the top with the anticipation of the big drop in my stomach when we speed down a hill. I challenge myself to hold my hands-up in the air - screaming like a kid! A few years ago, we took our kids to Sea World over spring break and rode this Atlantis ride no less than 7 times - a combo roller coaster/water ride. Back when I first got started Staging, the “belief” that Staging would work was just not really there. Realtors knew inherently that a house needed to look good, but understanding the principles of Staging (depersonalizing, declutter, clean, color-pizzazz) was missing.
