short sale: Remember my short sale - 09/08/08 03:55 PM
Ok a few months ago I wrote about the short sale that never ends, well guess what it still has not ended. I am on my 4th buyer and I am waiting to see if Country Wide will stall on yet another buyer! I have a great negotiator so maybe this will be it. Catch is,,,,, we have to close by the end of the month for the buyer to get the ameridream program. This will be interesting.
We shall see..... Ill let you know if I loose yet another buyer or if we end up selling it!

short sale: Short Sale Disaster!! - 06/04/08 01:26 PM
Well my deal finally fell apart, just want to thank Country Wide for that! We had a good offer and it fell in with all the comps in the neighborhood. The apprasial (their appraser) came in way high. (homes are selling for $130 a sq ft in this neighborhood they came in at $146 per sq ft)
We got down to the wire and I made sure CW knew the buyers were ready to walk if we didn't get an answer last night. At 9am they walked at 10 CW called me back and said they would accept the offer. UNREAL!! … (0 comments)

I am in a Short Sale Crisis!!! I have a seller who is dying and I am doing a short sale on his house. He is moving south to be with family so he can be near them when his time comes, I have left message after message with Wels Fargo Home Mortgage to try to get our Full Price offer accepted and I am not hearing from them at all!!! HELP!!! IF you have had a similar situation I could use some insight!!

Ok gang, pray for my seller today. Same guy with cancer. he starts his second round of chemo on Monday. Ill be out of town. But Ill be in phone contact with him and his wife. I did get good news from Wels Fargo today on the short sale of their home. I have been assigned to someone! Yea I'm basically on someones desk waiting to find out if they are going to accept the offer we got on the house. This one is not as easy as my last short sale where I had the buyer. Wow I just got a listing, but it is from someone at church that just found out that they have 4 weeks to live. He has Terminal Cancer and just started Che-mo on Monday. The doctors don't expect it to take too long. The problem is they just bought the house in April, for more then what it is worth today. Wow!! Just so happens that I was just the buyers agent with a couple that just bought a home that was a short sale. The lender was Wels Fargo, I learned a lot and so that is what I suggested … (12 comments)
