This month in the zip code of Owings MD, there were only two properties to get to closing, howeve 7 went under contract.  I am fortunate enough to have listed one of the under contract properties and we are looking for a June 26 closing.  There were 16 new listings.   The downside is there are 77 active listings in Owings and with 2 closings this month, that give us enough inventory for the next 38 months.
