Hilton Head Island's Newest Luxury Villa Project ~ Compass Dunes

Compass Dunes

A South Forest Beach landmark, Adventure Inn, was demolished last month in order to make way for the island's newest villa project, Compass Dunes.  It will be a 55 unit condominium oceanfront complex with prices starting at $1,118,000.  It will offer seven floor plans with up to 3600 square feet.

The architects, JHS Resort Designs, have designed several villa projects, and focus on luxury details.  Construction will begin in the Fall 2008.

 Compass Dunes is now taking reservations.  Be the first to enjoy all of the amenities this great property will have to offer!

Forest Beach

The "Ocean Community" of Hilton Head Island, Forest Beach runs along the shoreline between the Sea Pines Ocean Gate and the Crown Plaza in Shipyard.  It is a relaxed beach community with many of the "beach cottages' still in existence.  It is also the home of Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut.
