When you are trying to refer someone in another state through activerain, what do you look at on their profile? Do you look at their activity, what they have to offer, their beliefs, their testimonials? I am just curious because I am referring people who I can't help to others and I am just curious as to how you guys assess them to be referred.

A good friend of mine sent this to me and this is SO true:
You may have been bombarded with courses that teach you how to be "killer" salespeople, and how to "hypnotize" people into utilizing your services. But is this really what it's all about? Is it all nothing but a numbers game? Do we live only for the signature?
Successful salespeople are masters of listening, psychology, and communication. They know how to dig deep, uncover people's fears and frustrations, and truly befriend them to help them make the best decisions. But not everybody know to do this.
