Hello all! This is so good...I have to tell everyone, especially you, my peer in Real Estate!
Before and after Christmas my husband and I began buying Gaylord Boxes (4x4x4). These boxes were filled to the top with brand new clothes (found in a MAJOR DEPT. STORE) and other misc. items such as housewares, electronics, and more. We began buying these boxes from a source and selling each item in yard sales....DOUBLING OR TRIPLING our money by the time the weekend was over! Foreclosures are EVERYWHERE...and when thinking about retirement one really needs to think about investing FOR your retirement. If you have children..why not leave them a rental property or by a piece of land that will have an extreme return over the next 20 to 30 years. Lets face it, social security is ??? well, what is it anyway? We will never know because it is a thing of the past that will not benefit us what so ever.
