This is the third time in a week that I have submitted an offer only to find out after the fact that their is another one following.  Are these offers really out there?  Is it a tactic because to scare you into upping your offer?  What...I have found the inventory for a specific demographic scarce.  I am talking about the two to three hundred thousand dollar homes.  Allot of these are hanger-oners from when the market was inflated.  Unfortunately they held on to their over priced homes long enough to watch the market level out. Now they are reducing them by around fifty thousand.    But still with they interest rates up and financing harder to get where are these buyers coming from.  I have watched one house for over a week now and its still not pending...
