Anyone who has ever sold a home knows that the stress level increases with every passing day you don't get an offer.
I have friends who's homes are always perfect!  They could show their home 365 days a year and never sweat it.  However, I am not one of those people.  I've sold 3 homes in my lifetime and I personally have to work hard to keep a home ready to show every single day.

Stage Now! Before you put up that For Sale sign in the front yard, get your home staged. Staged homes look better in internet ads so before you have those pictures of your home taken, make sure it's staged, inside and out. 80% of buyers look for homes on the internet.  Your home needs to stand out and appeal to the majority of those buyers.  The more people interested in your home means more potential buyers seeing your home and the better your chances of receiving an offer, possibly multiple offers.
