first time buyer niche: Why I Focus on Marshfield Area First Time Home Buyers - 02/28/10 05:49 PM

I have been in real estate for almost 4 years, and one thing that I have learned is how much I really enjoy the opportunity to work with home buyers, especially those that are buying their first home. When preparing my business plan for 2010, I decided that I was going to only work with buyers. This is a decision that I did not come to lightly, as there is not one other agent in my market that does so, and everyone here believes the old phrase, "He who holds the listings holds the business."
