governor rell: A Small Step - 06/09/09 02:28 PM

After receiving an e-mail alert I did something I've never done before. I made a call, to the governor's office.
There is a bill waiting for Governor Rell's signature, SB 499 to be exact. It is a small but important step in the right direction in discouraging the sale of puppy mill dogs.
