When it comes to Real Estate Laws in Myrtle Beach. SC there definitely are plenty.  Unfortunately, people do not always understand these laws.  One area that seems to cause a lot of confusion is Agency. When buying a home, it is one of the most important financial decisions you will ever make.  With the recent change to a buyers market in Myrtle Beach, I have seen more first time home buyers searching for property. With that said, I wanted to take a moment to explain South Carolina agency.  
The overall concept of agency is the same for almost all states.  However there may be a few minor differences. In South Carolina, you have the ability to choose to either be a customer or client.
