Over the past few months I have received numerous calls from buyers interested in purchasing some sort of rental property here in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Usually after a few days of phone calls and and emails, I receive the ominous reply....

Today was a rare day where I Actually was able to have a lunch. With the latest increase in business of Myrtle Beach Real Estate, we have been so very busy with buyers, listing 3 new listings and everything else. I have been burning the oil on both ends by coming into work at 8AM and flying straight through to 8PM. Some days I noticed I missed lunch while on others my stomach let me know, but there was just no time.

Ok, so there are many beautiful picturesque things in Myrtle Beach to enjoy. But, the best thing here is obviously the beach! Currently there are a lot of Oceanfront Condos available for purchase. 1BR-3BR units all with fabulous views. Who wouldn't love to wake up at their vacation home every day and have this sort of view?
