The market in Astoria, Oregon and all of Clatsop County has returned to "normal" following a sharp inventory increase resulting from our December hurricane. I feel that 3 months of declining inventory is positive momentum moving towards our spring (the rain starts to slow here in May) and into Summer. Also,
