100% FINANCING AVAILABLE AT LOW RATES!!

I just got great news the Mass Housing is offering 100% financing to qualified buyers! Certain restrictions apply like a minimum credit score of 720 and the buyer must contribute $1,000 for closing costs, which are typically lower than FHA. There is no PMI either (private mortgage insurance) and the seller can contribute up to 3% for buyer closing costs!
