I'm sure we all have our stories we can relate to showings that have gone haywire. I wanted to relay this one from when I just started in the business. I believe about my first or second month in the business I was showing houses to a young couple in the Maple Shade area. I knocked on the door of this house and no one answered. I proceeded to use my multack, remember them, and opened the door when a small Benji type dog rushed through the door ran down the steps and down the street. He was gone, really gone … (0 comments)
